Milliken Carpet Deep Cleaning to lobby area of the Harbour Drive Capital Waterside Offices.
We were part of the original 9000m2 carpet installation that took place in 1995 and given its age, it’s looking in great shape. We were commissioned to clean a small area using Milliken’s own carpet cleaning system, Capture.
Our deep cleaning task featured the following processes.
- Vacuuming using twin motor machine
- Pre-spray application to the carpet area
- Application of Capture Powder
- Rotowash TM4 to aid carpet pile retrieval
- Vacuuming using the twin motor machine
The carpet is now stain-free and looks good, particularly as the pile has been retrieved due to the combined brushing actions of the TM4 power brushing machine and the upright vacuum.
This coupled with our out of hours, disruption-free approach and the dry powder method used means that the carpet area is back in service.
